“This evening is about bringing together the things I love – Nature, Wolves, and my Sound Healing work in a wonderful shared group experience.” – Kirsten
First, we will embark on a sunset adventure hike to meet the pack and connect to our bodies in nature and that childlike playfulness of exploring together. After some light snacks, we will then venture into the wonderful Tee Pee and share in a healing Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath. Journey into the healing sounds and vibrations of the bowls, feel the energy of the wolves around us, and come together at the end of the day, connecting to ourselves and as a group. ~
At the start of the session, Kirsten will take you through some breathing and releasing exercises to help relax and unwind your body and mind. You will then be slowly guided through a visualization meditation, which will allow your mind to drift off to a place filled with peace, stillness, and harmony.
Working intuitively, Kirsten will play Tibetan singing bowls along with healing music created with sounds and vibrations to take you on a remarkable journey of beautiful and tranquil harmonics. The experience can literally feel like you are submerged in a beautiful sea of sound and vibration.
“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.” Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in NY
THIS EVENT IS FOR AGES 17+ AND LIMITED TO 30 GUESTS. PLEASE DRESS COMFORTABLY BUT BRING STURDY SHOES TO HIKE IN. BRING A PILLOW, BLANKET, OR YOGA MAT TO SIT ON FOR THE SOUND BATH AND A LIGHT JACKET OR SWEATER AS IT COOLS DOWN AT NIGHT.

“I have been on both sides of the healing process, first as someone who had to help heal herself to beat the 50/50 odds of survival from a life threatening illness, and now, using those same tools to help others to manage stress, pain, connect the dots in their life, move through illness or grief, let go and release things no longer needed in their life, and empower them with tools they can use on a day to day basis to find more peace and balance. I love empowering others in their own healing journey.” -Kirsten
