Let your heart be your empowerment that fertilizes the roots of your soul to bloom and grow so that you can fully embody your Authentic, Real, Raw, Naked and Beautiful self and share it with the world – “The Adventurous Alchemist – Kirsten Korot”

Take time each day to connect to your heart. Close your eyes, put your hand on your heart or just focus your breath and energy there and stay focused on the beauty of your own heartbeat. You may not feel a deep heart connection right away…… but the effort to reconnect you to your heart center starts the energy flowing. Stay tuned into it by thinking of someone you love or a memory or a great life experience that fills your heart. Connecting to those feelings helps you remember and the more you practice connecting to your heart the easier to reconnect and keep in that flow daily.

Then when you are in those moments that may be difficult think about what would love do in that moment and connect to your heart and that energy. Be your Real, Raw, Naked and Authentic Self by staying connected to your heart each day.

Hand on Heart with love – Kirsten

I love this quote for there is no Love without being courageous enough to be vulnerable and open to hurt which is always a risk but not to risk would mean to  also miss out on the beauty of Love.

To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will certainly be wrung and probably be broken. If you want to make sure of keeping intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully around with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements; lock it up safely in the casket of your selfishness. But in that casket — safe, dark, motionless, airless–it will change. It will not be broken; it will become impenetrable, irredeemable . . . The only place outside heaven where you can be perfectly safe from all the dangers of love, is hell. – C.S. Lewis
